How much does your service cost?
We receive a small percentage of the property's total gross revenue. There are no setup fees or hidden charges – we only earn when you earn.
Do I have to commit long-term?
The minimum term is 9 months to ensure sustainable results. If we do not achieve the projected figures, you can cancel with 3 months' notice.
How do you ensure no parties take place in my penthouse?
We prevent parties through state-of-the-art surveillance systems (Minut sensors measure noise & motion in real time), strict house rules, and rigorous guest selection. Additionally, we work with contractual penalties that are immediately enforced if a guest breaks the rules.
And if something breaks – who pays for the damage?
Each guest provides a deposit before booking with us. In addition, the Airbnb Host Insurance (Aircover) applies, and we have partner lawyers who ensure that damages or penalties are legally enforced. You bear no risk.
Who takes care of cleaning, guests, keys?
We take care of everything. Cleaning, guest communication, check-in/out, maintenance, reviews – you don't have to lift a finger.
Approximately how much can I earn?

Do I still have control over my apartment?
